"Mike is very knowledgeable when it comes to designing a home to a specific lot. What many people don't realize is that you can't just purchase a floorplan online and expect it to properly work on your lot. Mike can look at the lot and keep in mind sunrise, sunset, slope of lot, water run-off and best location for driveway. All of this is very important in determining proper location of living areas, bedrooms and views from windows. Mike is very good at listening to our ideas and putting them together. The ease of emailing us a printable version to review and revise has made the designing of our home very pleasurable! Mike has designed 2 homes for us and we strongly recommed him and his expertise."
