What many people don't realize is that you can't just purchase a floorplan online and expect it to properly work on your lot. Mike can look at the lot and keep in mind sunrise, sunset, slope of lot, water run-off and best location for driveway. "Mike worked with my original concept and took off and ran with it. I told Mike that I wanted a garage addition with a bonus room above it and I didn't want it to look like an addition stuck on the side of the original house.
